Who We Are
Gerrus Maintenance Inc. was founded in 1974 by Gerald R. Cohen, Chemical Engineer and CEO. Our dedicated staff continues to maintain the highest standards of quality control and customer service. We hold multiple health and air quality certifications and are members of many professional societies. Our reputation for excellence, throughout New Jersey and the surrounding areas, is recognized in our industry. Our Janitorial Service, Industrial Cleaning, and Concrete Floor Cleaning and Coatings divisions offer one-time or repetitive cleaning, building maintenance, emergency service, porter, and handyman services to corporate clients. Our Disaster Restoration, Mold Remediation, Odor Removal, and Indoor Allergen Removal divisions solve problems for all commercial companies and residential clients. Our Residential Cleaning division provides deep, complete, thorough, detailed, one-time cleanups for homes.
